This will increase USPTO’s knowledge base on what Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) whiteboard platforms are available and their documented capabilities. The information obtained will provide an understanding of how collaborative whiteboard platforms can meet USPTO’s desired functionality and support the generation of requirements in preparation for any possible future procurement. Specifically, the USPTO is seeking information on potential solutions enabling users to collaborate and work across teams in real-time through a virtual work space.
