(A0003) This is a 100% Total Small Business combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The USPTO plans to award a commercial item contract utilizing a purchase order to the small business offeror that provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote able fulfill this requirement. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Solicitation number 1333BJ23Q00050002 is attached. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). A summary of the Scope of this requirement is as follows: The scope of the work involves and provides preparations of space drawings utilizing computer-aided design software, space planning, integration of completed projects with USPTO integrated workplace management systems, and architecture and interior design services. All work must conform with applicable federal government regulations and policies, as well as other agency supplemental regulations and policies as appropriate. Period of Performance The period of performance will consist of a six-month base year and three twelve-month option years. Specific Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation.
