RESPONSE REQUESTED ***Please read instructions carefully*** 1) Indicate if you have a contract with any government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) or the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule and provide the contract number. 2) The Department of Commerce (DOC) is contemplating establishing a contract under 561920 - Convention and Trade Show Organizers. PSC Code X1AB Lease/Rental of Conference Space and Facilities or as the Market Research determines. 3) Only electronic copies of capability statements will be accepted and should be emailed to kbaker@doc.gov. The e-mail shall contain the following subject line: Hearings Venue SS20239908. 4) First anticipated date for use will be June 2023 other dates TBD. 4) See the attached Draft SOW for specifications and the attached Sources Sought for instruction. The decision and whether to proceed with the acquisition is at the sole discretion of the Government.
