Please review Notice of Intent to Sole Source # SIAD-144002-24-0106 prior to review/response to responding to attached solicitation 1332KP24Q0053. https://sam.gov/opp/604bbef3438547b9bf4c364d16fea350/view The Government is in need of procurement for renewal of hardware warranty and software support for seven (7) hardware components for three (3) Programmable Telemetry Processors (PTP) systems. This procurement will sustain uninterrupted OSPO operations and maintenance service for mission critical equipment associated with data ingest and distribution. This support is necessary to cover all hardware and software issues within the CIG equipment at NSOF Suitland MD., WCDAS Wallops VA and FCDAS, Fairbanks AK. Support will allow OSPO to get replacement parts and vendor support on break/fix issues that extend beyond the realm of the on?site staff support. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order with a 12-months base period of performance and four (4) 12-months option periods of performance. A response to the RFQ must be submitted no later than June 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern.
