In preparation for an upcoming procurement, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Corporate Services Acquisition Division, on behalf of the Office of Space Commerce (OSC) Commercial Remote Sensing Regulatory Affairs (CRSRA) is conducting market research for access to a searchable database containing information about remote sensing space system operators, their remote sensing space systems, and the system technical capabilities and data costs. The database should have search and filter mechanisms as well as result export capabilities to assist in CRSRA custom research. In addition, CRSRA requires access to pre-formulated, off-the-shelf analysis on the Earth Observation, space industry, and government space sectors to augment database access and custom research. In addition to the database and pre-formulated analysis, CRSRA requires bespoke analysis of the global state of space industry regulation with focus on space-based remote sensing regulation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The size standard for this NAICS code is $24.5 million. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Notice or reimburse for costs incurred by interested parties providing the information requested herein.
