This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Census Bureau (USCB) to identify potential small business sources for this effort. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract solely on the basis of this market research. No funds are available to fund the information solicited. The USCB is requesting information, pursuant to FAR Part 10- Market Research, to identify potential sources for research and modernization of disclosure avoidance strategies and implementation, synthetic data projects and synthetic data validation, and the improvement of existing and new statistical products and services. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511. The Government is interested in identifying all small businesses including Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a)s, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Hubzone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses capable of performing these services. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in accordance with Paragraph 3 of this SSN.
