This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for professional services to assist in implementing the Whale SENSE program and conducting other Alaska Region outreach activities related to responsible wildlife viewing practices and community-based stewardship per the attached statement of work (SOW) included in this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-19-0801 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541990 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. The objective of this contract is for professional services to assist in implementing the Whale SENSE program and conducting other Alaska Region outreach activities related to responsible wildlife viewing practices and community-based stewardship. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors and vendors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). NO award can be made unless the contractor and vender is registered in SAM.
