This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide one job for Professional Services for Marine mammal stomach content analyses and reporting per the attached Statement of Work incorporated in this request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-21-0715 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement action is 541990 and IS a Small Business Set-Aside. See attached full RFQ with all terms and conditions which all contractors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Contractors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
