This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the Base Award and four Option Item Periods for the successful Contractor to provide NOAA National Marine Fisheries Services, Alaska Region, Professional Services for one job to develop a coded wire tagged (CWT) database in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-21-0607 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services– Size Standard $30 million - and is a Small Business Set-Aside. This contract is for one job of professional services to develop a CWT database based on regulations in the current and past Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) regarding ESA, new CWT release groups, and any updated information on previously reported CWT release groups with options for database development for four additional years. See attached full RFQ with all terms and conditions which all contractors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Contractors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors and vendors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). NO award can be made unless the contractor and vender is registered in SAM.
