The FA3 Equipment Storage Building is essential for large or heavy critical antenna andfacility infrastructure spares storage. The batten insulation & vapor barrier have brokendown and needs to be replaced. The repairs task shall include all parts, labor, cleanup,disposal, and travel costs. The contractor will need to provide all tooling, and all powertools will need to be tested for possible RF interference. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work shall be performed at the Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station(WCDAS) located at 35663 Chincoteague Road, Wallops Island, VA 23337. This solicitation utilizes FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 pm ET June 15, 2022. This acquisition is total small business set-aside under NAICS 238210, Drywall andInsulation Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5M.
