The scope is Integrator and related support services for the Enterprise system, separate from a distinct NOAA requirement for nationwide preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and related work. The Performance Work Statement covers system administration, engineering, architecture, software licensing, hardware procurement, and installation for NOAA/OCIO/SDD’s CIMS program supporting ePACS and eVSS, which are deployed across multiple NOAA facilities nationwide. NOAA requires dedicated vendor support for 24/7/365 availability and compliance with federal physical security and IT mandates, including turn-key design, installation, and cabling during facility modifications and expansions.
