This is a sources sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation, used to identify capable sources for a NOAA requirement. The requirement involves procuring specialized eDNA sampling instrumentation, specifically customizing MBARI’s FIDO system with an automated multi-sampler module, delivering three systems, and providing demonstrations, SOPs, and training. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated, with a final delivery date of 28 September 2028. Interested parties must be registered in SAM and demonstrate capability to meet the requirements. Responses will inform the government's competition and small business set-aside decisions.
