NOAA is seeking industry information for planning and requirements development of the Critical Infrastructure Management Services (CIMS) program supporting its Enterprise Physical Access Control System (ePACS) and Enterprise Video Surveillance System (eVSS). The effort covers vendor support for site-level preventative maintenance, on-site technical support, component-level repairs, hardware acquisition, and installation of ePACS/eVSS equipment across multiple NOAA facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation for these services, with goals of reliable timely support, reduced downtime, and consistency with NOAA’s enterprise security architecture, technical standards, and lifecycle plans. The scope excludes enterprise-level architecture, software configuration, user training, licensing, and core IT operations, which remain with CIMS.
