The contract requires continuous Tier 1-3 support for the legacy DOC Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, Datacenter Operations, and Cable Plant service. It also requires specialized network integration and implementation services to accelerate modernization and integration of the DOC NOC into the existing N-Wave network architecture, including complex network implementation, configuration, and validation. The contemplated total period of performance is not to exceed August 18, 2026 through August 17, 2028. The effort is intended to help the N-Wave Program Office urgently mitigate critical network operational risk from End-of-Life equipment.
