The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS), Office of Coast Survey (OCS), Hydrographic Surveys Division (HSD) is seeking firms highly qualified to provide hydrographic surveying to support NOAA's mission to acquire hydrographic survey data to support the creation and maintenance of nautical charts. This acquisition is being solicited on a full and open competition basis, with the anticipation of awarding six base IDIQ contract awards with two awards reserved for small businesses in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.503, Reserves. The Government plans to award a minimum of five contracts. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute and FAR Subpart 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services and will be on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications of prospective firms.
