The government intends to pursue an oral/email solicitation for new MacArtney (brand name) HabCam Vehicle supplies. Refurbishments are not accepted. If you are a small business under this NAICS, please send an email to casey.morrison@noaa.gov by August 21, 2025 to receive a copy of the email request for quote (RFQ). All offerors responding to the RFQ shall have an active registration in SAM, and comply with the instructions to offers and evaluation criteria within the RFQ.
