This Sources Sought Notice is for market research only and seeks industry capabilities and feedback, not proposals, for NOAA/NESDIS LEO Observations/NEON/NAaaS. The scope covers procurement, fabrication, factory integration, testing, packaging, and sustainment of five receive-only satellite ground station systems for the PENGUIN Ground Stations project at McMurdo Station, Antarctica, with L-, S-, and X-band receive capability. Work will be performed at the contractor’s facility, with delivery to the Government-designated logistics handoff point currently Port Hueneme, California.
