Item 3 is corrected from "Construction Manager" to "Post-Construction Award Services Consultant". ___________________________ The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is to acquire information on the number and capability of qualified firms interested in a prospective procurement of Post-Construction Award Services (PCAS) for Phase 2 of the NIST Gaithersburg Campus B245 Modernization Program. The Program consists of the Modernization of the B245 Radiological Laboratory Research Building at NIST's Gaithersburg, MD campus. This is a NOT a solicitation announcement. No contract award will result from this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, as it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE will be used by the Government in making an appropriate acquisition decision.
