This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 811213. The small business size standard is $12M. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial item(s): The contractor shall be responsible for satisfactorily providing preventative maintenance on hardware/software for cellular repeater services throughout the entire facility on a semi-annual basis as specified in the attached, incorporated Statement of Work (SOW). See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR 52.204-24 which goes wtih FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contract infomation and DUNS number.
