Constuction Project- To conduct a power study to measure, check, and balance the loads on the UPS Panels in the Electrical Room. Provide an analysis report on each panel. Add circuits and outlets as required. Raise and remodel the existing soffit, and upgrade the lighting in the soffit. Install a Government provided retractable screen in the Multi-Purpose room #107 per attached instructions and Statement of Work. 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13 under the SAT. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213- 70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. New contract, no incumbent. LEVEL OF MAGNITUDE Between $0 and $25,000 BONDING/LOC IS NOT REQUIRED UNLESS YOUR QUOTE IS OVER $35K.
