This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal services for a contractor to coordinate existing carpet removal and installation with the Official-In-Charge (OIC) at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service Pacific Region Data Collection Office located at 3260 Kailani Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766-9702. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5M. The performance period shall be completed 180 days from date of award. Pursuant to FAR Part 36; the magnitude of this construction project is: Less than $25,000. In order to receive an award, the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on July 21, 2020 and quotes are due by July 31, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST/MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
