The NWS will be installing a new Continental Electronics Corporation 300W Transmitter (Model WR300B) with a Collinear Omni Sinclair SC229?L PIM Series antenna and will be broadcasting at 162.550 MHz. The NWS requires 1) services to conduct a frequency study for any possible interference to the NWR broadcast and 2) services and materials to install a new antenna on the HSEM tower. This Statement of Work (SOW) does not include requirements for installation of the CEC transmitter itself, only the broadcast antenna and associated coaxial cable.
