COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NONPERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACTOR IS TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN) NECESSARY FOR GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ASOS SITE LOCATED AT THE QUILLAYUTE AIRPORT, NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE, 5144 QUILLAYUTE ROAD, FORKS, WA 98331-9420, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INCORPORATED STATEMENT OF NEED. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 (DEC 2022) (Deviation 2022-02) (NOV 2021).
