This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561730, and the business size standard is $9.5M. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal landscape services for the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Pocatello, ID for one base year with four option years. This is a new requirement. Previous contract was 1333MH22PNWWT0057 with Epix Enterprises .
