MODIFICATION 1: Update to solicitation to include all attachments; such as, Statement of Work, SF18 Quote Form, Site Pictures/Information, Terms and Conditions, and Davis Back Wage Determination. ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR "WILL OR WILL NOT" STATEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.204-24 FOUND IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF NOT PROVIDED, YOUR QUOTE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ***** This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal service to remove and replace existing sewage grinder lift pumps, water backflow device and pressure devices at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) Forecast Office, 2601 N. Rambo Road, Spokane, WA 99224-9164. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 45 calendar days from the date of award. Pursuant to FAR Part 36; the magnitude of this construction project is: Between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on February 26, 2020 and quotes are due by March 9, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST/MDT. A site visit can be scheduled by contacting Mike Henry at 509-244-0110, extension 260 or e-mail at Mike.Henry@noaa.gov no later than March 4, 2020, 4:00 p.m. MST/MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
