UPDATE 2 (11/17/2021): QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES Question 1: Regarding paper products. Is that something that you will be providing or is that something that contractor will need to provide? Answer 1: The vendor supplies all cleaning supplies to include toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, restroom hand soap for dispensers, sanitizer for dispensers and any cleaning products that they may need to accomplish the job. Question 2: There is verbage regarding the trash removal. Is there a certain designated area on the premises to move the trash to, or will the contractor have to move the trash off site? Answer 2: There are trash and recycling dumpsters a few yards from our building to the south. These have a wall surround to keep these items in one place. END OF UPDATE 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561720, and the business size standard is $19.5 million. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products: This combined synopsis/solicitation is for non-personal janitorial services at the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Hastings, NE. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
