When the posting has expired I will determine if the lead time for product delivery will need to be extended. The Government will determine, after all quotes are received, whether to extend the product due date. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Purchase and delivery of “NEW” security camera systems AXIS P1448-LE Network Cameras, quantity 192 and AXIS S2212 Camera Stations, quantity 24 for Central Region Headquarters for multiple office located within the region. This is a brand name requirement to be consistent with systems currently in place. BRAND: “Compatibility to existing systems or equipment… For configuration control (updates, patching, standardized quality and functionality), additional brand name AXIS P1148-LE and S2212 are needed to continue the replacement…” (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWR40002200073SRG.
