This is a Pre-solicitation notice for bathroom renovations, door replacement and parking lot resealing/restriping at the Midland Weather Forecast Office located in Midland, Texas. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 120 days after award. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities website beta.SAM.gov and is scheduled for issuance on March 30, 2021 and quotes respnse date is April 9, 2021 no later than 5:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation request for quote supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Description of requirements is as follows: Bathroom renovations, door replacement and parking lot resealing/restriping. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and DUNS number.
