This is a presolicitation notice for a Storage Building Replacement at the NOAA Weather Forecasting Office (WFO) in Lake Charles, LA. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238290. The small business size standard is $16.5 Million. Performance period shall be 120 days from the date of award. The level of magnitude for this procurement is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities website http://www.beta.sam.gov and is scheduled for issuance on March 26, 2021 and closes April 7, 2021.
