See attached full Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. 100% small business set aside, award to be made on an all or none, trade-off basis for this construction requirement. Level of Magnitude: $100,000 - $250,000. Davis Bacon Wage rate applies and is contractor's responsibility to be in compliance. Site visit information in attached terms and conditions. Previous RFQ under same number was cancelled, this is an updated requirement with no incumbents. This is a Pre-solicitation notice for new tower foundations and installation at the National Weather Forecast Office 500 Airport Blvd., #115, Lake Charles, LA 70607-0669. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 237130. The small business size standard is $39.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 120 days after the notice to proceed is provided. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/searchRecords/searchResults.jsf The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on December 29, 2020. Quotes are due by January 13, 2021 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
