Do you know how to acquire the appropriate economic adjustment for the option years? ANSWER: The requirement calls to quote for all base and option years. The economic clause is included in the solicitation and would be included in the award. The vendor of award would need to read and understand the clause. If the vendor felt a need to request for decrease or increase. This would need to be supported by what drove the pricing quoted initially and what increased or decreased to the percentage guidelines in the Economic clause to make a reasonable request for the Contracting Officer to tentatively approve or disapprove.
