This is a presolicitation notice for general repairs at NOAA National Weather Service (NWS) Forecasting Office in Key West, FL. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $15.0 Million. Performance period shall be 240 days after the date of award. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on June 25, 2019 and closes July 12, 2019. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 05:00 pm MDT. See solicitation for contacts for site visit scheduling. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
