MODIFICATION 2 Extends the RFQ due date to 3/15/2021 and upload the Questions and Answers document _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ MODIFICATION 1 Extends the RFQ due date to 3/11/2021 and the time for questions to 3/8/2021. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ CRAC Units Midland, TX This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $16.5M. The Service Contract Labor Standards act applies to this service in Midland, TX County. This is a new requirement, no incumbent or previous contract has been done. The contractor shall provide all the necessary materials, labor, equipment/supplies, and supervision necessary to accomplish all tasks for the completion of the work set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Provide all evaluation criteria in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 in this package. Vendor’s who do not provide all evaluation criteria will not be accepted.
