Vendors may quote one or both locations for the base and option years HVAC preventative maintenance. Separate contracts may be awarded depending on price and other factors listed in 52.212-2. RFQ due date is being extended to 4pm MST on 06/22/2021. Questions are due no later than 12pm MST on 06/17/2021. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ HVAC Preventative Maintenance, Midland, TX & Santa Teresa, NM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 561210. The small business size standard is $41.5M. The Service Contract Labor Standards act applies to this service in Midland TX and Dona Ana NM. This is a new requirement, no incumbent. The contractor shall provide all the necessary materials, labor, equipment/supplies, and supervision necessary to accomplish all tasks for the completion of the work set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Provide all evaluation criteria in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 in this package. Vendor’s who do not provide all evaluation criteria will not be accepted.
