This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238190. The small business size standard is $15.0 Million. The level of magnitude for this project is below $25,000.00. Performance period shall be the date of award through 8/1/2019. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on April 18th, 2019 and will close on May 2nd, 2019. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 05:00 pm MDT. See solicitation for contacts for site visit scheduling. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
