This is a pre-solicitation notice for repaving and restriping parking lots at NOAA National Weather Service (NWS) Forecasting Offices in Slidell, LA; Lake, Charles, LA; and Old Hickory, TN. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $15.0 Million. Performance period shall be 90 days to complete. In order to provide a quote and to receive an award, the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on November 29, 2018 and closes December 13, 2018. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 05:00 pm MDT. See solicitation for contacts for site visit scheduling. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
