To clarify, this is a combined synopsis for LANDSCAPING SERVICES at the WFO in STERLING, VA. This is the case for the base year and all option years. There was an error that referenced janitorial services in New York for the base year but this is all for landscape services in Sterling, VA. Apologies for any confusion this caused.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561730, and the business size standard is $9.5M. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal landscape services for the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Sterling, VA for one base year with four option years. This is a new requirement. Previous contract was 1305M219PNWWN0128 with Professional Grounds, Inc. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
