Automatic delivery per remote monitoring equipment up to 2000 gallons per year total in three (3) 330-gallon propane tanks and two (2) 420-lb manifolded propane cylinders serving a total of four (4) buildings for the National Weather Service (NWS) Eastern Region in Binghamton, NY. Contractor shall provide propane storage tanks and cylinders, regulators and related equipment including wireless tank level monitors in accordance with the attached statement of need. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWN42002200200VES. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 (JAN 2022) (DEVIATION 2020-11) (AUG 2020). Base Year: Date of Award – 03/31/2023 Option Year 1: 04/01/2023 – 03/31/2024 Option Year 2: 04/01/2024 – 03/31/2025 Option Year 3: 04/01/2025 – 03/31/2026 Option Year 4: 04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027 (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: PURPOSE: The NOAA National Weather Service (NWS) Eastern Region is in need of propane for building heating at the National Weather Service Maintenance Annex located at Binghamton, NY.
