The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for low profile ruggedized dual active GPS and Iridium antennas for battery powered marine weather observation systems for the National Data Buoy Center in Stennis Space Center, MS. The preferred model for this purchase is Antcom P/N: 1.5GIR1516RR-AP-XSS-1 however the NDBC will accept direct form/fit/function equivalents to this antenna that meet specifications attached.
