The purpose of this contract is to obtain landscaping for fire mitigation for the property managed by the Department of Commerce (DOC), National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) at the Table Mountain Field Site Longmont, CO 80503. The Contractor shall perform landscaping services in all designated spaces. Removal of native grass, shrubbery, and noxious weeds as per the State of Colorado and the County of Boulder for 20 feet extending from the buildings at the Table Mountain field site. Upon completion of removal of vegetation, the contractor will apply a layer of rocks on top of a weed barrier (including crushed asphalt in certain areas) on top of the barrier. Rock must be approved 30 days prior to installation by the Government. This property is an important part of the representational responsibilities of the NTIA mission. The Government will measure the Contractor’s work by the appearance of the landscape covered by this contract. The Contractor shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with the contract, the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) schedules and instructions, and all applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall meet all the standards of performance identified in the contract. The Contractor shall perform all related support functions such as supply, subcontracting, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files.
