This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products: This order is to purchase the following HC Photonics Products, Brand Name or Equal. HC Photonics nonlinear optical crystals – three (3) each of two (2) types – required for SO2 and NO instrumentation, Brand Name or Equal. See the incorporated Statement of Need, which applies to this procurement, for technical specifications.
