This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products: This order is the purchase of quantity two (2) Simark EFOY Pro 2400 Duo Fuel Cells, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL If you quote other than the brand, the brand you are quoting must be disclosed at the time of quote submission and the specifications supporting the different brand meeting the salient requirements must be provided at the quote submission as well.
