COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NONPERSONAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) INFRARED SPECTROMETERS FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS MEASUREMENT OF NITROUS OXIDE (N2O), CARBON MONOXIDE (CO), AND WATER VAPOR (H2O).... COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NONPERSONAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) INFRARED SPECTROMETERS FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS MEASUREMENT OF NITROUS OXIDE (N2O), CARBON MONOXIDE (CO), AND WATER VAPOR (H2O). THE INSTRUMENTS WILL BE USED AT A REMOTE FIELD SITE AND IN THE LABORATORY. SPECIFICATIONS ARE 0.1 PPB PRECISION OVER 5 SECONDS, AND < 0.2 PPB/DAY DRIFT. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NRMJ10002300992SRG. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (JUN 2023) (Deviation 2023-03) (DEC 2022).
