This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal services to remove and replace the Barnes building roof at the Mauna Loa Atmospheric Baseline Observatory located in Waimea, HI. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
