Plotly Dash Enterprise Licenses- New Requirement, No Incumbent This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334111. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The purpose of this purchase is to provide PMEL scientists and scientific developers with a uniform server, development, API and Notebook library environment for interactive scientific data visualizations per attached Statement of Need. See attached Statement of Need for full list of requirements. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Licenses to be submitted electronically. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 30 days from date of award. Licenses are good for one year from date of electronic delivery. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. This is a low-priced, technically acceptable RFQ. Vendors must be authorized Plotly resellers and provide certification with quote, no other brand of license will be accepted. Quotes may be issued on vendor letterhead, no SF18 quote form will be provided. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR WILL OR WILL NOT STATEMENT PER 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) UNLESS YOUR REPS AND CERTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED IN SAM PER 52.204-26 (OCT 2020).
