Components and Expendable Supplies Blanket Purchase Agreement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 339999, and the business size standard is 500 employees. This is being awarded as a best value trade-off. This is a new requirement with no incumbent. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the purchase of components and expendable supplies to quickly make prototypes and conduct ocean research and development at the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL). See attached Statement of Need for full technical requirements. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
