This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. This will be awarded as a trade-off, a single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal services for the removal of wood shelves and installation of OSHA-compliant pallet racks for the National Severe Storms Laboratory in Norman, OK, in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work.
