This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT: This particular brand name is essential to the requirement and market research indicates similar products do not meet or cannot be modified to meet agency needs. Must be fully integrated with Quantum Trinity F90+. YellowScan Cloud Station Software must be included to correct, process, and classify UAS LiDAR data. Cloud Station Software must include supporting modules: Strip adjustment, Terrain, Colorization from Orthophoto. Generate an accurate 3D image of the process (surveyed) environment through 240,000 distance measurements per second. Meeting the needs of NSSL’s UAS-based damage survey and wildfire goals requires the use of UAS LiDAR sensor to obtain precise and accurate information needed to detect fine-scale damage impacts (changes). The UAS LiDAR unit must be compatible (mounted in payload compartment) with NSSL’s fixed wing, Quantum Trinity F90+. Additionally, LiDAR processing software (YellowScan Cloud Station) must be compatible with the sensor and of generating survey-grade LAS Files.
