This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal service to requires a vendor to perform several services on the ATD radome: panel replacement, repainting at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Severe Storms Lab (NSSL) Office,120 David L Boren Blvd, Norman, OK 73072. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than June 30, 2020. Pursuant to FAR Part 36; the magnitude of this construction project is: Between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on April 13, 2020 and quotes are due by April 23, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST/MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
