The Department of Commerce, Atlantic Oceanographic Meteorological Laboratory/Ocean Chemistry and Ecosystem Divisiion is replacing an old Autclave for their NOAA Omics research projects. The autoclave provides the appropriate sterlizialtion required for labs tools, glassware, pipette tips, wastes and also liquids such as agar and media. The autoclave provides a physical method for disinfection and sterlization.
